Our prices are per apartment and day. For every additional bed is calculated a surcharge of € 18.00.
In the winter season from 22.12.2023 bis 15.04.2024 is offered a breakfast service for € 20.00 per person.
The tourist tax is charged at 2,90€ per person and night and is not included in the stated prices (children under 14 years of age are exempt).
NEW: Included in the price you'll find the Südtirol Guest Pass, which allows you the free use of public transport in South Tyrol.

Our cancellation policy:
For cancellations, late arrivals and early departures of the following rules apply:
- from 3 months to 29 days before arrival: Appartement- / room for 3 days
- from 28 days prior to arrival and early departure: 90% of the booking value
